Complaints

 

For over 25 years, Euroflorist has been helping you express your feelings with flowers. Both we and the Florists that we partner with spare no effort to ensure that all orders are treated with the greatest possible care. If there occurs a mistake, we do everything we can to fix it. Every complaint is handled individually; we investigate it thoroughly and consider it with great attention. After contacting the Customer and the Florist responsible for the order, we offer an appropriate form of compensation.

Please remember that we guarantee that cut flowers will remain fresh for up to 3 days. If you treat them properly, they will last much longer.

Receipt of the delivered product is equivalent to accepting it. Complaints concerning freshness of the flowers have to be made via email within 72 hours of the time of delivery. Other complaints may be made via email within 7 days of the date of delivery.

Please attach a photo of the product delivered to every complaint.

With regard to our data retention policy, complaints regarding failures of delivery have to be made within 3 months of the planned delivery date. Otherwise, the complaint will not be accepted.
