The original product is full of vanilla, sugar, raisins, butter and orange peel. It weight is between 180g and 200g. The tradition of baking and a taste of this croissant is also appreciated by the European Union, Rogal Święomarciński is part of EU's regional agricultural products. It can only be baked in Poznan.
