St. Martin's croissant is baked in Poznan for centuries according to the original recipe. Sweet delicacy is prepared on November 11, specially on St Martin's Day. The original product is full of vanilla, sugar, raisins, butter and orange peel. It weight is between 180g and 200g. The tradition of baking and a taste of this croissant is also appreciated by the European Union, Rogal Święomarciński is part of EU's regional agricultural products. It can only be baked in Poznan.
