How to get a reply as soon as possible?

    1. Send a message/make a support ticket via the chat form window (available in the bottom right corner of the page). You can also e-mail us or call us.
    2. We do not modify or provide information regarding orders via messengers such as Instagram or Facebook. For the fastest and most efficient response, send a message via the chat/form, e-mail or call us.
    3. Please do not duplicate messages through different channels - this extends the average response time. When you send an inquiry via the chat/form itself, you will receive a ticket confirmation number and status updates, so that you can be sure that your message has been received.
