How to get a reply as soon as possible?

  1. Send a message via the chat form (available in the bottom right corner of the page) or call us.
  2. Our consultants are not available on messengers such as Instagram or Facebook. Please contact us through one of the official channels. 
  3. Please do not duplicate messages through different channels - this extends the average response time. When you send an enquiry via the chat/form itself, you will receive a ticket confirmation number and status updates, so that you can be sure that your message has been received. 
  4. Contact with the Customer Service Office is possible only in Polish or English
  5. If you have one, please include the order number in the title.
