Flowers with the most beautiful fragrance

When recalling important moments, we most often remember the faces of loved ones, colours, and scents. Usually, these are the aromas of favourite dishes and flowers. Do you know which flowers are famous for their most delightful fragrance?

Which flowers make the most fragrant bouquet?

Peonies

For several years now, these have probably been the most popular May & Mother's Day flowers. They owe their popularity to greater availability in florists and international inspirations. Often used in bridal & wedding bouquets, peonies attract not only with their large, stunning buds but also with their captivating scent.

Freesias

Although it may seem that with so many new flowers appearing on the Polish market freesias have been somewhat forgotten, nothing could be further from the truth – they still have a huge crowd of admirers. Freesia bouquets delight with their incredible, sweet fragrance.

Roses

Roses are a timeless classic that never goes out of style. They are chosen by young and old alike, by both women and men. With countless varieties offering diverse fragrances, roses have become a favourite source of inspiration for major fashion houses and the most elegant perfumeries. As a result, rose notes can be found in nearly every bottle of perfume.

Lilies

In the ranking of the most intense floral fragrances, lilies would certainly take first place. Although often associated with more solemn occasions such as funerals, there are many people who choose lilies for all kinds of events. In Poland, the most popular varieties are white and light pink.

Lavender

Lavender can be described as one of France’s most popular export treasures. Its fragrance evokes endless lavender fields in Provence stretching out to the horizon. Florists most often use it in rustic arrangements or in the boho style, which has been so fashionable in recent years. We are especially enchanted by delicate lavender wreaths – a must-have for every spring gathering.

Hyacinths

We couldn’t leave hyacinths out of our list! Blooming in the winter months, these flowers, with their wonderful fragrance and vibrant colours, herald the slow arrival of spring. The most popular hyacinth colours are white, purple, pink, and blue. Since hyacinths are bulb plants, once they fade, their bulbs can be saved and planted again the following year. It’s well worth doing just for their amazing scent. They are also very often used in spring arrangements.
