Terms and Regulations

The online flower delivery service euroflorist.pl is operating under the company Euroflorist Sp. Z o.o., with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Sowińskiego 18A, 60-283 Poznań, VAT Reg. No. 783-10-03-370, REGON Statistical Id. No. 630275261, entered into the Register of Companies of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, 8th Economic Division of the National Court Register, at KRS No. 0000110607.

  1. Euroflorist provides flower and gift delivery services via the Internet. Orders for the services are placed through the website euroflorist.pl and via telephone.
  2. Flower deliveries are executed in the territory of Poland by Euroflorist’s network of florists. Gift deliveries are executed only in the territory of Poland, by the courier company DHL.
  3. Product descriptions and photographs belong to Euroflorist or have been made available for use by Euroflorist’s business partners.
  4. All prices given at euroflorist.pl include VAT and are applicable in the amount indicated at the time of placing an order. The buyers are additionally charged a delivery fee in line with the delivery terms and cost.
  5. Some of the products may be included in special offers. Terms of purchase for special offer products may be different than those provided herein. Special offers are only applicable for indicated definite periods and only include products selected by Euroflorist. Details of special offers will be communicated to the Customers by Euroflorist with the use of various communication channels. Special offers do not stack.
  6. All delivered products are free from any defects. 
  7. Goods which include alcohol are only available for purchase for adults over 18 years old. Making an order and accepting the terms means that both the Client and the recipient are above the legally drinking age in their country of residence and are not under the influence of alcohol at the time of making and receiving an order. The primary form of delivery is pickup in person, but in case it is not possible, the Client allows the courier to pick up the goods on their behalf at the address of the point of sales, which is Poznań, Sowińskiego 18A. The courier may verify the recipient’s age and reject handling of goods in case of negative verification of age or the recipient being under the influence of alcohol.
  8. Details concerning terms and time of delivery are provided in delivery terms
  9. If the recipient is not present at the given address at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card asking that the recipient contact the Florist via phone. The card will contain information concerning the flower delivery and the address of the Florist responsible for the order. If the recipient does not contact the Florist or Euroflorist’s office, and the flower delivery is not served on the next working day, the order is suspended. Such an order must then be placed and paid for again before the next attempted delivery can be made.
  10. Deliveries to hospitals, hotels, offices, banks and other public buildings are served to the reception desk or main office. Orders delivered for weddings may be served to reception staff.
  11. Unless the Ordering Party expressly requests otherwise when placing the order, the Florist responsible for the order will be entitled to call the recipient to confirm the date and address of delivery.
  12. Euroflorist is not responsible for delay in the delivery or failure to deliver the products resulting from incorrect recipient information provided, absence of the recipient at the address provided, unjustified refusal to accept the delivery or other circumstances that are not attributable to Euroflorist. In the above listed cases, Euroflorist will be entitled to charge the Customer with the cost of the ordered products and their delivery.
  13. Orders are executed after the payment has been made and verified with one of the available payment methods. Placing an order and making the payment constitute conditions necessary for the conclusion of an effective contract.
  14. Orders may be modified or cancelled via telephone or email within 60 minutes of placing them or at least 48 hours prior to the time of delivery.
  15. The contract of sale is made in Polish.
  16. We guarantee that cut flowers will remain fresh for up to 3 days, provided they are treated appropriately. Receipt of the delivered product is equivalent to accepting it. Complaints concerning the freshness of flowers must be made via email within 72 hours of the time of delivery. All other complaints may be made within 7 days of the date of delivery.   17. In regards to our data retention policy, complaints regarding failures of delivery have to be made within 3 months of the planned delivery date. Otherwise, the complaint will not be accepted.
  18. In case of gifts & flowers from the "Flowers from the grower" selection, which are delivered by an external courier (DHL), Euroflorist is not responsible for the time of delivery by DHL. A gift and a cake purchased in one order will be delivered separately – the cake will be delivered by our partner cake shop, and the gift – by DHL.
  19. Euroflorist is entitled to modify orders in line with the product substitution policy.
  20. Based on applicable law, issuing an invoice for the receipt is possible only if the receipt shows the buyer's NIP - tax identification number. Therefore, if you want to receive an invoice for the purchased flowers or gifts, when placing an order on the website, in the sender's details, it is necessary to check the checkbox "You order as a company. Register to receive an invoice. " and providing the tax identification number. It is not possible to issue an invoice after the order has been placed and completed.
  21. Euroflorist may cancel orders if the ordered product(s) cannot be delivered. In such cases, the Customer may request a refund or substitute the product for another. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days.
  22. Euroflorist Sp. z o.o., the owner of the online service euroflorist.pl , ensures protection of all personal data collected as a result of the business activity conducted, in line with the applicable law (the Personal Data Protection Act of 29th August 1997, as amended). Details of personal data protection are available in the privacy policy.
  23. The euroflorist.pl flower delivery service is entitled to use the email address and telephone number provided in the course of placing an order and account registration for marketing of own products, subject to the Customer’s consent. Such consent may be withdrawn at any time.
  24. Euroflorist is not responsible for failure to deliver a receipt confirmation text message that is due to the fault of the mobile operator.
  25. Force Majeure. Euroflorist shall not be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control (acts of God), including, without limitation, cataclysms, strikes, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, weather conditions making traffic impossible, or interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services. In case of failure to deliver on a chosen by the Customer day, the Customer may request a refund or choose another delivery date. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days.
  26. For each purchase made via the euroflorist.pl flower delivery service, the applicable law is the Polish law.
  27. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
  28. These Terms and Conditions determine the rules of purchasing at euroflorist.pl. By placing an order, the Customer accepts all regulations and information contained in these Terms and Conditions as well as on all subpages referenced in the above provisions.
